YOU ARE ENOUGH

Hello, my love. Happy New Month! I hope this month will be easy for you as usual.

It has been a minute, and I apologize for not writing to you earlier than now. How has it been for you? Tell me everything! For me, my department has been putting me through so much stress, but I will pull through.

There is nothing much I have to tell you today, other than to remind you that you are enough. I believe this is something you hear or see a lot but it is not bad if it is hammered into your being again and again.

If there is anything I am grateful for, it is how much I have grown and learned to accept my flowers whenever I am given. In the past, I used to twist things and make them appear like I did not have the capacity to achieve them, but I am thankful I am moving beyond that now.

So, my dearest friend, this piece did not come to you by chance. You are reading this for a reason—to reaffirm that you are indeed enough. Do not doubt yourself as it does not help you achieve whatever you want, it only takes you farther away from succeeding.

When someone tells you they love the way you write, accept it heartily. Do not cover it by saying, "others write better". They tell you your music is soothing to the ears, thank them. Do not brush it off with, "something that's not doing numbers". They tell you they like your art, talk about how brilliant you are, just embrace it. The point is, whenever someone compliments your work, accept it and let them know you did it!

But remember, it is important to do things in moderation, not undermining the importance of humility and embracing mediocrity. This is only a cue to accept that you are enough and receive your flowers. Do not take everything as whining and keep doing your work. One day, you will get the notice your desire.
